Testing is the Future Chapter 6, Pyramid's Peak

"Dr. Time!" Karen yelled running up to him, "Stop! You want me? You've got me!"

"Karen!" Dr. Time said happily, "I thought you'd never come. Forgot your watch."

"Really are you going to do this?"

"Wait!" M-5 shouted stepping up, "Karen you have no time fighting this freak. I'll handle him."

She pulled out her sword and stepped up to the fight.

"Go climb up the pyramid and get that 8." M-5 shouted, "He's mine."

With no other thought, Karen started climbing up the pyramid while her friend was fighting Dr. Time.

"Snakes after her!" Dr. Time yelled commanding his snakes to go after Karen, he wasn't allow them to go back through time that easily.

"Hold on!" Tamara cried, "I got them."

She lifted her dress revealing an array of daggers.

"Wow for a princess you sure know how to protect yourself." Shadow Jester awed.

"Thank you. Watch what I can do."

Then without warning Tamara jumped high and slashed the snakes on the neck. They instantly turned to sand after getting slashed.

"Princess you dare defy me!?" Dr. Time yelled.

"You're no king you're a crazy doctor." Tamara cried, "And you have no right to take my kingdom."

Jester guided the people to safety while M-5 and Tamara fought the snakes and Dr. Time and Karen rushed to the 8 on the top.


For Karen, climbing up toward the pyramid was treacherous, it was easy at first but the pyramid started to become unstable due to Dr. Time's constant wrecks on the pyramid.

There were even a few times were Karen grabbed onto unstable steps so it was easy for her to lose her balance.

Even once she started to fall but Jester quickly used his magic to push her back up.


In fact by the time Dr. Time finished Karen's friends she already reached the top and inserted the number 8 in her watch.

"NOOOOO!!" Dr. Time yelled as he shot a snake at Karen to stop her.

It was too late for him because Karen already pressed the button on her watch and all of them were sent through time to who knows where.


Back in the Present

"I hope I sent the watch to the right time."  Sparkler hoped.

"Don't worry they're perfectly safe." Time Warden said, "I sense that Karen has it and oh they're traveling through time again. Well I'll say that Karen better get her sea legs going for the next one."

"What's Dr. Time's problem?" Rose asked, "Why does he want to control time?"

"I'm guessing he got too interested into the Time Stone. Dr. Time was once a leading scientist on time but one day he stumbled upon the time stone. He eventually lost his mind with the stone and it took his time of life away from him but that's a theory. Basically his powers are the ability to create snakes made out of golden chain links and numbers from clocks. Similar to my power but without the snakes. So if he recovers the time stone he'll control time again."

"Wow what a story." Sparkler gasped, "Wait snakes I think I know Dr. Time's weakness, we have to alert Karen about this."

"Already have." T.W said holding an infinity pendant in her hand, "They'll get the message in no time flat."
