IGhost Chapter 13, Showtime

The clocks room was in sight. It was basically a giant room where the clocks were being operated and built. On the ground was a face of a clock painted into the ground and on the ceiling was the same clock on the floor, each telling the same time.

"Well it's showtime." Banshee said.

"How are we going to find a possessor in this room?" Lisa asked.

"Help me!!!" A voice cried in the room.

"That's my sister!" Banshee cried, "I know that scream anywhere."

But the moment the girls stepped in the room a giant figure made out of clocks and gears landed in the center as the floor turned into a giant clock face.

"Ah welcome." The figure said smiling his clock face, "I see you came to save your sister is it not?"

The figure rung a bell and coming down wrapped in chains was Time Warden struggling.

"TIKAL!!" Banshee yelled.

"I would like to release her." The possessor said, "But since I'm a fair possessor unlike the other ones you faced, I'll give you a chance to free her. If you can beat 12 waves of the clock I'll free her and if you fail to win a battle before the clock rings you have to start over."

"That's fair?" Lisa asked.

"And time starts now."

Before Lisa could object the clock on the floor started to ring and the time on the clock said 1:00.

As soon as the clock rung the 1 section opened up and one greenie ghost popped out.

Banshee didn't have a problem dealing with that ghost. She simply sucked it up with her vacuum.

Now Banshee and Lisa knew the pattern, ever time the clock would strike a certain number, the enemies would get tougher.

2:00- two greenies
3:00- a slammer
4:00- bats
5:00- greenies with swords
6:00- flies
7:00- sneakers
8:00- element ghosts
9:00- 2 greenies and a slammer
10:00- 3 oranges, 2 pinks, and 1 blue
11:00- Boos
12:00- The whole enchilada

Finally after 12 rounds and a canister of ghosts the two girls beat the challenge and also ended up vacuuming up the possessor as well.

"Looks like time was on our side." Banshee chuckled.

"Time for me to slow down." Lisa said.

"More like time for someone to free me." Time Warden said as she was still struggling.

"Oh sorry sis." Banshee said running up to her, "Just forgot what time it was."

"Hey only I make the time jokes." Time Warden said.

"Oh boy what a timely arrival this is." Lisa chuckled as the sisters argued.
